Q. Can you help me set up the tent?
A. Depending on the plan. Normally we ask our guests to set up and take down the tent themselves. However, we provide instructional videos and guidance, so most people are able to complete it easily.Q. Can I reserve a specific campsite spot? I want to secure a good location.
A. We do not offer advance site reservations. We recommend arriving early to secure a good spot.Q. When is the earliest I can make a reservation?
A. Please make your reservation at least one week in advance, as the equipment will be shipped after we complete the necessary procedures.Q. Is my reservation complete once I submit the form?
A. After you submit the form, our staff will contact you with more details. Your booking will be confirmed once you complete the payment through the URL provided in the confirmation email from our staff.
